Home Energy Team affiliates are part of an elite group of respected and knowledgeable contractors and energy auditors that people can trust and count on for a job well done.  We’re looking for affiliates with integrity, spirit and motivation who will uphold the Home Energy Team brand.

We are looking for affiliates with a business owner mentality – people who think and act like a successful owner and marketer, not a technician.  We want affiliates whose top priority is attracting, serving, retaining and multiplying customers.  Affiliates who are ready to take responsibility for their business and their results, and who will take action, even in the face of imperfect information, doubts, fears or uncertainty.

We’re looking for affiliates who are focused and dedicated to building a business – a full-time business involving full-time effort.  We provide the resources and coaching to support your business, but you must be willing to supply the effort to make local connections and sell your services.  Home Energy Team makes running your business easier, but it still requires hard work.
